1) Organising Team

• Faheem Meyer, route logistics manager, worked out all the logistics en route for section managers
• Section Managers, Claude Little, Russell Little, Patrick Adamson, Siraj Brewer, Moosa Lawrence, Sharief Jefferies, Abdullah Carey, worked superbly with each other and logistics manager, as well as all refreshment stations

2) Refreshment Stations

• All 40 refreshment stations were up and running
• Itheko’s refreshment station at the start provided runners with extra pins and Vaseline
• 10 finalists for the Ultra Marathon were Brooks & Michaels Estate Agents, Nursing Services SA, Otis, Compass Group SA, Bergvliet Sea Scouts, JAG Sports & Education Foundation, Chevron SA [Pty] Ltd, Christ Church, Lithotech and KPMG
• The winner for the first half of the Ultra was Brooks & Michaels Estate Agents and for the second half of the Ultra was JAG Sports & Education Foundation
• The 5 finalists for the Half Marathon were, Lithotech, Westville Primary School, Rehidrat, Nursing Services SA and Sportsmans Warehouse [Schools Library Project]
• The winner for the Half Marathon was Rehidrat
